DSA Artist Process
Step 1: Apply to Become Verified Artist

Go to the Artist Application page

Fill out the form with:

Basic personal info (name, email, socials, etc.)

Portfolio or sample work (optional)

Signature sample for internal ID match (image or drawn digitally)

Submit the application for internal DSA review
Step 2: Get Reviewed & Approved

DSA team checks:
-
Authenticity of artist identity
-
Past signing/event history (if any)
-
Artist’s legitimacy in the space (voice actors, creators, cosplayers, sketch artists, etc.)

Once approved:
-
Artist is issued a Unique Artist ID
-
Gets access to the DSA Artist Dashboard

Step 3: Receive Your Official DSA Sticker Batch

Admin assigns a sticker batch to your Artist ID (e.g., A03/00001–A03/01000)
-
You receive:
-
A digital record of the batch in your dashboard
-
A Master Code to activate the batch
-
A physical sticker booklet (or mailed pack) with tamper-proof DSA stickers
-

Stickers can’t be activated without artist login or master scan
Step 4: Activate & Customize Your Batch

Log in to your DSA profile
-
Scan your Master Code to activate your sticker batch

Optional:
-
Attach a specific event name to the batch (e.g., "WonderCon 2025")
-
Enable or pause claiming for the batch
-
Upload a personal logo, image, or custom message that will appear on certificates tied to that batch
-
Step 5: Sign + Sticker at Live Events
-
Sign the item for the fan/collector
-
Place DSA sticker directly onto the signed item
-
They use DSA app to scan the sticker and verify the cert:

Confirms the item is signed in person
-
Links the sticker ID to your Artist ID, event, and certificate record
Step 6: Real-Time Certificate Created
-
As soon as it’s scanned: DSA generates a Certificate of Authenticity
-
Shows fan’s item, artist info, event, date, and cert number
-
This becomes traceable and locked in the DSA system

If “Claiming” is open: Fans can scan and claim it directly into their profile
-
If not, it still exists as a certified item from your dashboard
Step 7: Manage Your Dashboard

Inside your Artist Profile, you can:

Track which stickers have been used
-
Flag stickers that were damaged or unused
-
View upcoming event codes or batch stats
-
Toggle on/off public cert claiming
-
Add media, messages, or branding to future certificates
Future Upgrades

Add a second QR code to stickers (link to your store, Socials, Patreon, etc.)

Upload personal thank-you videos or voice memos fans receive when scanning
-
Use event-exclusive stickers with limited-time branding
